Administration Assistant
Theatrical & Drama Department

Part-time (term time only), ongoing

We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced Administration Assistants for a part-time (term time only), ongoing role. The role is primarily responsible for providing efficient and effective administration support to the Theatrical and Drama Departments.

We are seeking candidates who preferably have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar role and possess:

  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to demonstrate initiative and work autonomously with a high level of productivity
  • be highly proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • ability to multi-task with excellent accuracy, organisation and planning skills
  • strong attention to detail and the ability to work with discretion regarding confidential matters
  • an appreciation and understanding of the Performing Arts in Education
  • a current Working with Children Check
  • a genuine concern for students and their families

Sport Coaches - Expressions of Interest

Sports Coaching 2019

Peninsula Grammar's major sporting involvement is with the Associated Grammar Schools of Victoria for boys and the combined Associate Grammar School and Associate Public Schools for girls.

Sport at Peninsula Grammar is well resourced and strives to deliver a sporting program that:

1.  Creates opportunity for all athletes
2.  Provides developmentally appropriate activities that emphasises motor and foundational skills
3.  Encourages multisport participation
4.  Is a fun, engaging and progressively challenging atmosphere
5.  Offers quality coaching at all age levels.

We are seeking expressions of interest for the following coaching positions within our Summer and Winter sports program:

Summer Sport
Basketball (boys)
Tennis (boys/girls)
Touch Football (girls)
Volleyball (boys/girls)

Winter Sport
Basketball (boys)
Football (boys/girls)
Netball (girls)
Soccer (boys/girls)

Our Sporting programs for Summer and Winter commence with pre-season training in order to prepare our teams for the season ahead. Training for Summer season begins late in Term 3, with our Saturday morning sport season running across 10 weeks during Term 4 and Term 1. Training for the Winter season begins late in Term 1, with our Saturday morning sport season running across 10 weeks during Term 2 and Term 3.

The position would suit either an experienced coach, recent graduate or current student studying in the field of Physical Education or Sport and Recreation. A formal coaching qualification and first aid certificate would be highly desirable. Applicants must hold a current Working with Children Check.
